The location was right in the heart of Getsemani, surrounded by very nice restaurants, and I could explore everything on foot in less than 10 minutes. The superior triple room was clean and featured a comfy bed, and I loved that the minibar was stocked with water, Coca-Cola, and chocolates. The staff were really nice, changing my room effortlessly after my first night.

Everything was fine, nonetheless we stayed for 4 nights only. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Our location was top close to the historic center. We loved this place.

The staff were especially helpful, the breakfast was satisfactory with a good choice of food. The double room we booked was modern. The venue was set in the very central position just next door to great restaurants.

Rooms need more space!!! The lack of a functional window in my room is unacceptable!!! Consider adjusting breakfast hours past 9 AM for those enjoying the nightlife!!! More stairs to navigate are a pain with luggage!!!

The Standard Double Room had a basic yet clean setup. The air conditioning was essential in Cartagena's heat. The location in Getsemani felt alive, with plenty of local culture right outside. Unfortunately, the noise level at night from the surrounding bars was quite disturbing. The staff were accommodating and efficient, made check-in smooth. Breakfast was simple but delicious, offering fruit and eggs that I enjoyed every morning. The bathroom had free toiletries, a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the minibar filled with drinks for when I needed a refreshing break. If they'd work on soundproofing, it'd elevate the experience significantly.

The staff was very responsive and amicable, offered great services. The location was top and comfortable, at a medium distance from view remnants. What's more, it was close enough to the center of the Getsemani, nice location close to different pubs or restaurants, the main attractions, and Getsemani, very close to the walled city.

Location: the hotel was not far from the historical center, and the main attractions. There was cafe Cafe Stepping Stone, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything! The staff were very good, always cute and helpful. Walking to amazing bars and restaurants took less than 10 minutes. Comfy beds and good breakfast. Don't miss their tours for an lovely experience!

The staff was super friendly and the location is just perfect for exploring nearby spots like Plaza de la Trinidad and popular eateries. Breakfast was pretty good too, with tasty options to fuel your day. Definitely a spot to enjoy the city's vibe!

If you're bringing large bags, keep in mind that there are a few stairs to navigate to reach the rooms, which can be a hassle.
